Lagniappe
For those unfamiliar with the term Lagniappe, I believe you can safely blame its introduction to the English language on the Louisiana French, better know as Cajuns. It has a well-documented history of etymology, but it essentially means “a little extra”. So, this page is all about what didn’t get its own menu button.
